The funding will go toward purchasing new hoop house plastic, grow lights, planter boxes, seed, and soil. Thank-you for your consideration. Read more Musical Instrument and Summer Music Program Support New Mexico School for the Arts and Mandela International Magnet School The talented and passionate music students at the New Mexico School for the Arts come from all over the state for tuition-free, intensive, pre-professional music instruction. The majority of students come from underserved communities and do not have the means to purchase or rent professional quality instruments. Nor do these students have the means to pay expensive registration, audition, and tuition fees to attend summer music programs, masterclasses, workshops, concerts, and other enriching activities to further their musical education. These $4Schools funds will go directly to provide scholarships for up to as many as 80 NMSA and Mandela International Magnet School instrumental music students to purchase (or rent) professional level instruments, and/or provide tuition assistance to attend world class summer intensives and other pre-professional performance and educational activities that will greatly support their musical trajectory.
