Please plan your program submissions according to your curriculum and the SFPS calendar. Programs over $500 may take longer to fund. If a program is over $500, please see contact information below. Program will be reviewed prior to posting on the site. Programs will be posted to the site within a week of submission. Please note that programs will be kept up on the site for a six months from date of posting. Programs with specific dates (field trips, plays, events) must be submitted and it is up to the discretion of D4S to determine the funding potential of the program. We cannot accept programs after April 1 to be eligible for funding for the remainder of the school year. We rely on our teachers and principals to help in the funding process. D4S is a platform that gives you an opportunity to share this information with parents and school communities. By submitting a program, you agree to: Follow submission guidelines. Assist in funding process by supplying email addresses to D4S from parents, friends, etc. This information will be kept confidential. Select a method of funding (see below) and agree to the terms. Update your project. (By submitting an Update Project Form with photos, videos, artwork, student messages, etc, this keeps our donors informed of your program. Submit thank you notes, emails, information to the donors and D4S to complete the project. Once a program is funded, you will be contacted by D4S to confirm details. Donor information will be sent within 14 days of funding. Funds need to be used within 6 months of funding. If other arrangements need to be made, please see contact below.
